hey everyone it's james from fun foods and today i will show you how to make these mummy hotdog graveyards this is perfect for any halloween party so i hope you keep watching and i'll show you step-by-step
Pillsbury Crescent Dogs, how to make this now the first you want to do is start off with a package of croissant roles i'm using the seamless kind you can use the other kind it'll be
fine and just rolled out on a flat surface now you just want to take this and you want to cut it into thin strips i'm going to use a pizza cutters i find it easier to do it that way just long thin strips here they don't have to be exact in size now just take a package of hotdogs and i'm going to empty those out onto a plate here you
want to cut these hot dogs into different length when you have them all cut in like that now what we're going to do is turn these hot dogs into little mummies now what we can do is we can actually make little arms with it by simply using that as the head part just cut straight down like this a little bit and then on this side
do the same thing so now we're going to do is take a big baking sheet i have some simple on there i'm going to spray some nonstick spray on there will take my second role of croissant roles and i'll spread this out again this one seamless this one it would be a good idea to have the seamless one i'm just going to roll this out now
we'll just take this up this side come right back to that shortly back to our hot dogs now i'm gonna take one of my long strands that i have right here and i'm gonna make this into a little mummy so let's just work on one at a time here and that is going to be one of our mummy's it doesn't look like much right now but it will when it's all done we
can also do one that hasn't been cut with the arms and i'm gonna do one of those right now take that wrap it around you can leave a little spot for the face we're just gonna do that with the rest of these now that we have our hot dogs all mummified now i'm gonna make a little x with a knife so i'm gonna have all my face is kind of
facing towards the same way so we'll take my little hot dog on a stick it in that hole there and i'm going to use the croissants to kind of hold it in place you can also use the excess croissants around the basis of really make sure it holds in place and we'll keep doing that until we're completely done now that's your mummy graveyard is all complete
we're going to take this stick this in the oven at 350 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes i just have a standard a hot dog roll here and i'm going to cut it into about thirds now what i'm going to do these are going to be the headstones and i just have some mustard standard yellow mustard and
it's going to write on there r.i.p like it's a tombstone maybe okay so that didn't work very well going from there but i think if i just squirt a little on the surface and then take a toothpick i can probably write it out better than it came out that way so that's what i'll do i would just take a toothpick and kind of draw out the
letters r.i.p with mustard now that our mommy graveyards come out the oven have allowed to cool down and even transferred onto a different dish just so be more presentable i'm just gonna set this somewhere i think right about here would be a good spot and we're gonna do is actually draw eyeballs i'm gonna put two little dots as eyeballs on
each of their faces with mustard and now you can be creative you can actually pour a little ketchup on some of this stuff to make it look like its blood and and you can also if you like relish you can take a little bit of relish and put as if it's like grass and you can smear wherever you want and that is your mummy graveyard so now it's time for the taste
